Duration ranges from 15 minutes for milia removal to about 2.5 hours for complex lash extensions. You receive an exact estimate at booking confirmation.
We work exclusively with certified professional brands chosen for safety and performance. We can detail the product used for any procedure on request.

Cancellations or rescheduling are free with at least 12 hours notice. For repeated late cancellations we may request a deposit for the next booking.
All tools are individually autoclave-sterilised and opened in front of the client. Work surfaces are disinfected between appointments, in line with current sanitary standards.
We start with a short conversation about what you'd like and the current state of your skin or hair. Together we choose the right protocol — no upsell pressure.
We accept cash and card. For services above 1500 MDL we can offer payment in two instalments — first at booking, second on completion.
